Finished watching the terrifying live action Sailor Moon show. A few notes:
-Sailor Luna's transformation thing made me want to vomit.
-Nephrite is really attractive sans red crap.
-Sailor Moon's attack names grow more asinine the more powerful she gets
-The guy who plays Mamoru, while very attractive, has the GREATEST FACIAL EXPRESSIONS OF ALL TIME when he's hurt
-"Nephikichikun"
-Mako and Motomi are effin' adorable
-The girl who plays Mio is one of those people who's facial features are so exaggerated and meant to be pretty that she's actually ugly.
-Minako...oooooooooooh Minako
-The changing between night and day without any time passing is very irritating
-HO HO HO! THEY ALSO HAVE TAMBOURINES! BECAUSE THEY LIKE KARAOKE 'CAUSE THEY'RE JUST NORMAL JAPANESE SCHOOL GIRLS!!
-Usagi's mom is, bar none, the greatest character ever conceived in the history of entertainment.
I don't know how Japanese inflection works, so I can't tell if any of these people are good actors. However, the chick who plays Mar is really good at being angry/upset.
I don't care how bad it is, I still want to see The Spirit.
