On another happy note...

Our balcony overlooks our complex's pool. Since the pool opened, there's been a pair of mallard ducks that pass the evening by relaxing on the deck or perching on the rope that separates the shallow and deep ends.

They're really cute. (Carolyn, they remind me of Gladys and Murphy!)
