*Chicago is currently suffering from the highest gas prices in the country
*My car payment apparently did not arrive on time
*It's 90 degrees
*My 15-mile commute just took me an hour (off peak rush hour, no less)
*I fed $46 in fuel to a VW Rabbit
*Due to a really shitty set of circumstances, our BABE Rally trip (http://forums.vwvortex.com/zerothread?id=2961308) got canceled
*I am trying to resist writing a friends-only rant about the above
But we have a long weekend coming up. Wes and I are looking forward to a hot date downtown. I may have found my wedding dress! And there's a bowl of fresh mango slices in front of me.
Things could be worse, I suppose.
