Many pages of Cotton Digest still left....

I went to the NWS last night and saw the amaaaaaazing Bartok Music for Strings, Percussion and Celeste. It was great. I was genuinely entertained even without the wind section.

We complain about Miami- a lot of us, but last night was one of those times I've been having when I really just appreciate the city for what it is. It's a shame I spend so much of my time in the suburbs and in a nasty part of downtown- Miami really is a nice city in parts. I went to the new Starbucks Listen place across from Lincoln Theatre, and I think that location on Miami Beach is the first in the country or something like that. It's overrated. There's a better selection at Virgin and Tower, and the Starbucks is sloppy because so many people are waiting to check it out that they have to rush to serve. Nice looking place, however. I had two frappucinos one after the other- one from the new location and the other from the old location a block away. I felt like an addict waiting in line with a frappucino already in my hand. Whatever.

I did see just about the coolest person ever- ABBEY! Random, but awesome.
