"REPARO!"

Jul 30, 2005 16:54

I had a dream last night that I just recalled this afternoon, while reading Harry Potter (in a bikini on my deck - my couselor one-piece tan was bothering me).

It was me and a bunch of friends (can't for the life of me remember which ones, pretend you were one) in a library, or at least somewhere with shelves and shelves of grand books. The Evil People either: had flooded the book area (past tense); or were causing rain (present tense). Point being, anyway, the books were wet.

The main sustenance of this dream consisted of me and my friends running around with our wands (yes wands - still want to think you were one of the friends in my dream?) shouting "REPARO!" to right the shelves and fix and dry off the books. Because these books were very important - not because they were Very Important Spell Books which Together Held All the Secrets to Life, Happiness, and the Revival of English American Magic, but because they were books.

Yes.
