I think I know who your talking about. The ones who always shreik when Matt Ammann goes up or sings. Apparently, the rest of the Sopranos are fed up. I just wonder why there in choir if theyre not gonna sing. I mean theyre prolly giving up a study, so why not just leave and take the study. (I have to admit though, it would suck if they left because they do have strong voices when they actually sing). The said thing is these girls acted like this for Mrs. Spinelli and Mr. Mac too (how anyone can not show Mr. Mac respect is beyond me).
I really like the speeches idea. Itd be a great chance for us to get together and think of ways to improve ourselves as a group. Hopefully some people could say what they think could be better about choir (not necessarily on of the speech givers, just people who are listening and have ideas). And we can come together and fix it. And listening to old stuff is a great idea. I know most (or all) of the girls from VE last year were so jealous of CC and how great you were, that would def. get our attention.

PS~If they behavior stuf gets worse, I do have sort of a random, roundabout not really sure how it would turn out idea. We could, on separate occasions inform her of things that are going on (not naming names to get people in trouble though)(oh and BTW, what did she say when you told her about the sopranos? lol) and maybe all the complaints will sort of push her into becoming a little more strict with us (it sounds kind of mean, like were pushing her over the edge, but its only something I just thought of so...yea lol)

PPS~Another idea (im even annoying myself so bare with me lol) If we could somehow get a chance to meet with Mr. Mac(him being the one a vast mojority of us greatly respecect and like) and just talk to him about whats going on, and ask for advice on how to fix it, itd be cool. Cuz he was always such a great influence on us, itd be great if he could still help us even if he wasnt in the classroom with us.

Okay. Im done now, I swear :p

I realize this is old and all, but after the mass we sang at on Wednesday I have to comment.

In all honesty, we sounded horrible.

I really try to sing out, as obviously the people behind me rarely do. But it's definitely not. working.

*sigh*

I agree with both of you. Last year, I wanted to be in CC so bad. To be that good, and to be able to inspire the VE kids and amke them want to do better--that whole thing. I get there, and once inside, you do have to wonder--when did it get like this?

I hate to say it, but Sarah's right. People don't seem to respect Mrs. Anderson as much as they did Spinelli or Mr. Mac.

I spend class time having to listen to a good number of the sopranos yammering or spending their time asking if it's time to go yet.

I'm getting pretty damn sick of it, and it's gunna take a lot of energy for me to stop myself from turning around and ripping someone's head off.

Oh yay you got it...Ill add you...as to the comment, well I think its great to finally have a sopranos statement. I mean, Its just been my view as an alto so far, and I had no real experience in that section. Now that youve put your information in, I can sadly say that my assumptions were correct. What do you think we should do about it, hun?
