Climatic...except not
Sarah's party today was fun. Not in the way I expected it to be or wanted it to be but it was fun just the same. The highlight was probably a game of "I Never" which featured sentences like "I have never been friends with Yza Oropeza" (me, to make Camie lose--and I succeeded despite her like fifteen minutes of arguing at me about it) and "I have never crushed on someone in an authority position" (Lee, to make me lose).
She didn't show up though. I was almost disappointed. All that stress, all that flipping out at Mom because my eyeliner WASN'T PERFECT, all that analysis with Michael and...she wasn't there. I don't think Sarah expected her. I tried to ask if she was coming at all but Sarah pretended to be stupid on me and I just "neverminded" the question away.
A lot of other people I thought were going to be there didn't show up. Somewhat disappointing but...eh. Whatever.
