One church isn't spiritually fulfilling enough...let's go to two!

Yes. That's right. I attended a Bible study and two church services today. The first church service was the new early (as in, like 8:00) "contemporary" (as in, Barb plays Sunday school music and 70s worship music on the piano in hopes that someone other than my mother will sing the lyrics) service at my dad's church, the Bible study was a youth group Bible study at FCC at 9:30 and then I attended a church service at FCC at 11.

I surprisingly only heard the word "Jesus" about five times and most of them were people guessing during Bible Charades in the youth Bible study thing. Let's not think about how much I heard the word "god" however.

I really learned a lot from the sermon at FCC, albeit the fact it was a bit dull at the beginning. I spent the first half of the sermon looking at the words he was reading but not, you know, actually mentally reading the words. But it's all good.

I talked to Danny and I'll probably help out with the toddlers once a month at FCC. I'm not...quite sure what this means because I'm really unfamiliar with the church and everything, but I've helped my mom out at way too many VBS programs so I'm sure I'll be fine.
