it's almost 2007. i don't have any new year's resolutions, per se, but i do have some things that are going to happen this year that i figure are noteworthy. here are some of them.
...i will turn 20. WHAAAAT THE FUCK!?!? as if i will no longer be a teenager. i will not miss it
...i will go to New York City. we were planning on february, but have moved it to May, for a birthday present to me and my mom.
...i will get my G2. i actually WANT to get it now. i'm sick of taking the bus, i'm sick of fighting my parents for rides, i'm sick of mooching rides off my friends. and, one of these days, i just want to be able to drive some random place all alone, off into the nighttime.
...i will graduate high school. when work eases up a bit i will get on this. i'm going to take some really really easy credits just to get it over with because i'm not worried about university. college is more likely, and i'm not worried about that right now either.
...i will not want to kill myself every single night. i'm really sick of wanting to die every day, so i'm going to go talk to a psychologist. yay, fun times.
...i will get a raise at work. i don't know why i'm even mentioning this. making $8.00 an hour before taxes is really not exciting at all.
...i will learn to stand up for myself. i'm tired of people walking all over me.
...i will not think about how ugly i am all the time.
