some things i've realized lately:
mom is the one who imposes the holiday spirit in our house. with just dad and me here, we have some pointsettias and a bare tree. (we are going to decorate tonight, however. otherwise mom will be very disappointed when she arrives thursday).
staple are painful. (one of them stabbed me at work today. and i bled.)
ice and flip-flops don't mix. (i fell on my butt.)
everything is expensive. (thus i am getting stabbed by staples to make money.)
i need a new bookcase. (i can't use my desk because of all the books stacked on top.)
anyways...i'm excited for christmas. it's always fun. and then, new years! and after that tara's!! and then loyola!!! i'm very excited for the next month. i bought my dog a tennis ball that tastes like peanut butter. it's weird, but she seems to like it...
