Upheaval on life...
Well, as of thursday last week, my life as I know it was thrown into chaos... well, not really, but i got a job offer working in Melbourne full time over the summer holidays, and i was to start monday morning (ie. 5 days ago) so I QUIT THE SPHINX (YOU HAVE NO IDEA HOW HAPPY THIS MADE ME!!!!!!!) and tied up other loose ends in geelong in a frantic attempt to get organised to the point that i'd be able to manage this... my life now goes like this:
MON: 8:30 - 6:00: work at Percepta | Drive to Geelong | 7:45 - 10:30: Rehearsals for "Joseph..." | Drive back to Melbourne
TUE: 8:30 - 6:00: work at Percepta | Drive to Geelong
WED: 2:00 - 4:00: work for Hey Dee Ho in Torquay | 7:45 - 10:30: Rehearsals for "Joseph..." | Drive to Melb
THU: 8:30 - 6:00: work at Percepta - stay in melb (THE ONE NIGHT OF THE WEEK!)
FRI: 8:30 - 6:00: work at Percepta (6:00 can become 6:30, depending on how long my aunt works for)
The weekends are usually MINE, but it seems this weekend is also nuts...
FRI NIGHT: Percepta Christmas Party (i know i've only been there a week, but i'm a valuable employee... free grog too!)
SAT: Early as humanly possible Drive to Geelong | 12:00: Do an hour of clowning | 6 - 8: Singing/Dance Gig with Impetus Dance | Possibly go to carols (if i can be bothered)
SUN: 12 - 5:00: Rehearsals for "Joseph..." | Drive to Melbourne.
...and then it's monday again!
At least work is good... apart from the long hours, it's fairly easy going, and i get breaks, and then when i've finished all my work, (ie. NOW) i can look at my e-mails and update my LJ! YAY! (it's also $20 an hour (YAY AGAIN!) and i have to work 38 hours per week (can't work wednesdays so i work longer days the other days and then i'll make up more hours when i can work wednesdays after Hey Dee Ho finishes for the year!) It's the place i was at earlier in the year doing the telemarketing, but now i've been upgraded to not telemarketing!
OH, has anyone recently bought a FORD product that qualifies for the ONE, TWO, THREE, CASHBACK deal?? If you have, just know that i'm the little prick that gets to decide whether or not your cashback request goes through! mwa ha ha ha ha!! - nah, if they're eligible, they go through! shame though... oh, the fun i could have!
