Well, my beloved Pens lost the series vs Boston and are now on their way head hanging low to the golf greens.
They were doing so well and suddenly without any warning they became The Gang that could'nt Shoot Straight!!!
Totally inexplicable, but before they knew it, they were too far gone to make a comeback.
Perhaps they grossly underestimated the Bruins. Perhaps they mistakenly thought they were invincible. Perhaps it was just fate. All I know is, I am hugely disappointed. However, I will get over it and so will they.
To my sweet sweet Sid, I will miss seeing you every other day for the next 3 months.
Take care of that mouth, enjoy your summer and come back ready to win, k?
