Youth
I often find myself dealing with people less mature than I am but who are at higher standing than I at church. They are mostly around my age or younger. It’s a transition because I used to be a person of leadership standing and have people are more mature than I serving youth. At my old church, youth counselors are older or as old as I am. At my old church most of the counselor are from fellowships where they received pretty solid Bible foundation and teaching. And the older people are simply more mature, and much more organized.
