Just a Tuesday
Okay, so this morning i dragged myself to Calculus. that was...bleh. i didn't have French today cuz we were having a fieldtrip to a French restaurant later in the evening called Saint Germain. i called Kathleen around 9ish to wish her a happy birthday; btw, Happy 19th KATHLEEEEEEEN!!! then, i had breakfast with Robert at IHOP. i paid this time cuz he paid for dinner at Chatterbox last time. breakfast was pretty good. we stopped by Bartell's for a few things then i went back to my room to nap for like 3 hours XD. at around 1:30 i woke up took a shower, did my hair, did my makeup, and finished my French hw. then i went to print off an article that i'm suppose to write a review on by Friday which at the time i thought was due on Wednesday. i talked to Su for a bit on the phone and before i knew it i had to leave for the restaurant.
i actually went the wrong way at first. so i had to take a bus back the other way to get to Madison and 28th. bus 12 actually didn't take me there like my professor said it was. so i got of at the last stop and found my way back to Madison. walked all the way to restaurant, was late, the walk wasn't that bad though. but it was a pretty long trek. i was thinking of waiting for the 11 bus cuz that's the bus that actually takes you there, but i didn't know how long i'd have to wait so i figured i'd just walk. it was rainy. the bus driver asked me if i knew i was a very pretty woman XD good thing he wasn't hitting on me cuz that would have been awkward...lol...
i finally made it there at about 10 after 5. i almost walked right past, but i saw my professor Lonnie through the window. it was a cozy little place. the guy played the guitar and sang for us, he also played the accordian later. i had la Celle du Pencheur, basically a tuna tartine with spicy mayonnaise. that was very very good. i had les Poires Belle Helene for dessert, which was pears in ice cream with chocolate sauce. that was good as well. i tried a bit of a person's Triple Chocolate Mousse and that was fabulous. it was soooo good, too bad they ran out so not everyone could have it, although i didn't order it to begin with so all was well for me.
i'm supposed to be doing hw right now but nothing is really due since i don't have Calculus tomorrow, we're watching a movie in Growth and Development, and, as i've already said, i finished my French hw. what to do, what to do...i could get a head start oh some other work, but i dunno...we'll see...
