last night i went to bed at 11:30. i didn't actually get to sleep until after three, though. i mean, i was in and out of sleep before then, but i got woken up by three phonecalls. number one i didn't bother to answer because it was ben and he was just going to ask if i was asleep. number two was ian, and i had just fallen asleep, too, but being woken up by him is never a problem. that one made it easier to sleep until phone call number three, which was matthew. that was...interesting...to say the least. then i passed the fuck out, slept until 10:30, almost decided to get up, but conked back out in hopes that the dehydration/hangover headache i had would disappear by the time i really got up. i didn't expect to sleep another three hours, but yeah, that's what happened.

i am so excited for tomorrow. i wish i didn't have to work, though. ahhgrhgrih! SO excited.

i think danny's having a party for new year's, so i'll be doing that, drinking classy drinks, hanging out with the people i love the most (minus some who are still away!). it's good to find family in friends.

then on new year's day, a few of us were invited to a party at andrew's. i told him to open the good champagne for me. he told me to bring my boyfriend. it should be interesting.
