Give me one of my own stories, and a timestamp sometime in the future after the end of the story, or sometime in the past before the story started, and I'll write you at least a hundred words of what happened then, whether it's five minutes before the story started or ten years in the future.

So my brother Pat called my brother Evan to ask him to take his breakfast shift at Centro: at 3 o'clock in the morning. Breakfast shift starts at 7 am, and Evan would have to leave here at 6. The sequel to my Petrellicest fic "Courtroom Drama" is at 4316 words, has no title, and still has no end in sight. "Courtroom Drama" was nowhere near that long!  I'm starting to like it a little bit, though.  It's starting to flow a bit better.
