I played badminton tonight.

It felt good smacking the shuttlecock and releasing some pent up energy.

I'm sure the arm is going to ache tmr though...

And yes Wendy, more badminton days to come...

1. When I was younger, I used to tell my sisters that I have an imaginary dog by the name of Tinkle and will pretend to pat him. It lasted for only a day coz I grew bored of patting air.
