writing about... 3D
so what do you do on a friday morning when all you have to do is stay alive till a dinner appointment at 6.30pm? blog surf!!! and then realise that you have neglected your own blog... so here's another one of those entries to update everyone as to what i have been up to...
DRAGONBOAT... yes, i recently picked up dragonboat. quick everyone gasp! mr craps is actively going out in the sun! double gasp! he's getting himself soak in dirty river water! triple gasp! he's actually having a whale of a time rowing. haha. anyway, training has been just once a week in the water but it is going to extend to land training as well. not looking forward to the runs and pull-ups but i guess if it's going to help with my rowing, then (like what i always say during in-camp training) JUST DO LOR... hehe...
DRAMA... not the drama that happens in your daily life but the thing that helps me pay the bills. my students will be doing their first showcase in front of the school tomorrow. i'm pretty proud of them for coming together in the last couple of weeks and fitting the pieces. i hope they put up a dazzling show but more importantly that they enjoy themselves while being onstage. beyond that, i'm taking another school for the second half of the year to co-direct sound of music. *fingers crossed* no divas please! finally, since i got the contract, i guess it's confirmed and i can officially break the news. will be involved in i theatre's rainbow fish come september. really am looking forward to working with familiar faces and forging new working relationships...
