My dear book-reading blog-fellows, I offer up the following:

The Best American Non-Required Reading 2004 -- I bought this because I started reading the final essay by Michelle Tea about the Michigan Womyn's Music Festival (or whatever it's called). i like this idea, but i'm not quite sure how to go about signing up, or connecting with the people who do sign up. i'm like a classic aol user. if it's not livejournal-centric, i'm all thumbs.

did i just mix metaphors? i did. lame.

comment that you want to participate. then just make a non-friends-only livejournal post with your book(s) to swap (for our purposes our LJs are our blogs) and then from there it's a combo of lj comments and snail mail. oh and recomment to budgie that you participated.

oh YEAH. i was really disappointed that i left it with you then spaced out picking it up. when do you want to have lunch? tomorrow? next week?
