Advice from an 8-year-old

Sep 29, 2005 08:58

"Next time you ride a bike make sure to ride it smooth."

Seriously, a girl named Tinley said that. Thinking it over, the Cascade Bicycle Club does an amazing job of accommodating all types of bike riders--except scofflaws; you gotta wear a helmet. I guess this rule-abiding-way is really why it works for me. Anyway, other than being a Rule Abider (stopping at the stop signs rather boringly and safely), I'm pretty much right in the middle for now--I don't want to join the freaky High Performance Club of fast and hard riders. I don't meander around or tape shit to my bike. I'm not a messenger or a tough girl but I'm not super slow. I have cool bikes, for sure, and like it that way.

And that's about all I have to say this morning. over and out!
