Goes to show that you gotta climb the mountain before you can enjoy the view

Well, the reason i didn't want to hype up the other drummer and guitar player too much was because i hadn't heard them yet, and i never got to. For one reason or another it didn't work out, but i'm not really giving a fuck about that anymore and i'm moving on. Band morale is low, but it always is right before something good happens. I'm trying to set up like three or four drummer auditions next week. there's one dude i'm trying to get ahold of that i think would work out great in this band but i'm not gonna hype that up either for the obvious preceding reasons. but brian's friend is coming up to jam with the guys tonight, hopefully i'll make it back in time to get there and join, but idunno if i will or not.

school's taken a backseat to the band obviously. i'm not really keeping up with deadlines or attending class because i'm too concerned with getting a drummer. i don't find anything wrong with that though, if all else fails i can always bring up my grade around like november like i usually do.

we need a drummer bad though, we just don't sound like a band without one
