Twenty-two miles outside of Casper, Wyoming, Monday afternoon

By the time the fighting was over and the bulk of the SHIELD forces were getting things wrapped up to head home, Jessica - not even bothering to wear her mask at this point - was riding in a jeep with a few agents, trying to find where Spider-Man, Miles Morales, ended up after a battle with a flying War Machine battlesuit. It had been Jessica job to keep Miles safe, and she'd failed.

Captain America had Iron Man send some of his Wasp drones out in advance to scout where Miles might have landed, but in the end, that was unnecessary. They intercepted a report from a Hydra Giant-Woman saying that she caught Spider-Man. And right after, they saw a Giant-Woman in the distance flailing as if fighting something tiny, strong, and annoying. The jeeps drove on towards the Giant-Woman.

A few minutes later, the jeeps arrived at the remnants of a battle scene, where Miles - also without a mask - was standing on the unconscious Giant-Woman. He climbed down as soon as he could see that the jeeps were SHIELD, not Hydra, and braced himself for some more yelling from Jessica.

"Oh my god," Jessica called out as she rushed toward him. In a move that utterly shocked him, she hugged him as soon as she closed in. "Are you okay?"

"No," he said, stunned.

"Nothing broken?" she checked immediately.

"Oh, no," he said.

"We intercepted her walkie-talkie communiqué," Jessica explained before taking a couple steps back. "Thank God you're okay. What you did today..."

"I know, I know. Please stop yelling at me," Miles pleaded. "I know I'm too young to be out here. I know I'm not super-hero enough to go to war or be an Ultimate. I know you're right. Just... help me get home and I'll go home."

Jessica reached to her ear and spoke on her comm, "Mister President. This is Spider-Woman. I have him. He's okay.... Yes, sir. The man who saved the President's life is fine."
