Hi, I`m new in this network;-). and I have a problem: My best friend will leave the country for a few years and I decided to knitt myself as a puppet, so she can still have me at her breakfasttable... any ideas how to start?

a puppet or just a doll? If a puppet what kind of puppet are you looking for. Hand puppet, Marionnet, rod puppet?

With out knowing you it is kinda hard to give ideas.

Start with a favorite sock?

Add doll hair & button eyes that aren't spooky? :)
Make a little outfit?

I had some troubles with the vocabulary again... I meant "doll" not "puppet" ;-) and @gypsysashawill you are right, I always forget to look for something at ravelry! I'm looking forward to post my results;-)
