The Glistev Legacy - Generation 1.0
So the cut says it all: I am back 8D I took a long hard break from Simming. School and a various variety of life events kept me far from picking up my game, though I did snag Ambitions at one point or another... I still lack any Stuff Packs and any expansion pack after Ambitions. Do I want? Oh yes, but it's just a luxury that I cannot currently afford, I'm afraid -sigh- But enough about me, it's Imoen Glistev you're interested in yes?
Meet Imoen Glistev. She is neat, artistic, a savvy sculpter, and friendly. She is a sucker for pop music, loves ratatouille, and her favorite color is Lilac. Lifetime wish? To be a Descendant of da Vinci. As always, we start our legacy on the biggest lot, that's a lot of land...
Imoen, you look a little nervous. Perhaps you are aware of the hell I once put the Terani family through? I assure you, you have no reason to worry... That was a long time ago and I have put it behind me... -crosses fingers behind back-
There really is quite the amount of space to start with. I wonder how many generations it will take until every square is covered? -shrug- I suppose we're getting a little ahead of ourselves though, perhaps we should start with the basics... Some walls, a toliet... If you're SUPER lucky maybe a fridge and a bed.
Due to a mod that I had forgotten about; I started out with a little extra cash than the default game settings allow. However, while I ended up making the outside quite lovely for limited funds, you will notice the bare minimum amount of furniture... Poor Imoen lacks a sink and a tub of sorts... Why not cheat and add them? Well that wouldn't be much fun...
And WHY is it that I just noticed the kichen window is placed wrong? ORZ
Imoen hailed a cab (that ironically sims never have to pay for... WTF?! wish my cabs were free...) and headed down into town to find a job, greet the people; it's not like there's really that much to do at home...
First thing's first. Time to go join the ranks among the employed. Hey... It's what she wanted... Need a little start-up money before we can start fulfilling that lifetime wish.
After finding a job, Imoen stops at the gazebo for a quiet game of chess... -looks up- You know... If you keep furrowing your brows like that, you will get premature wrinkles...
A little while later, Betty Simovitch's family visited the gazebo for a picnic... Doesn't anyone teach their teens NOT to talk to strangers?
When the chess game was over, Fatima Simovitch decided to come over for a chat... About time someone decided to play the responsible role and see why a fully grown adult is in the park playing games with some underage stranger.
It's just turning into a regular old party over in this corner of the gazebo eh?
After a few polite farewells and formalities, Imoen was off to her next "adventure"

Oh Imoen... It is sad, isn't it? That you have to drink your juice box while sitting on the potty... You really need to start raking in some cash my friend, this is just too sad to watch.
It is late and Betty Simovitch "just happens to be in the neighborhood" Creepy and totally inappropriate. I'm serious, the "Be chatted to" icon popped up in my screen before this broad just rolls up in her car... I was like WTf?!
Imoen sent young Miss Simovitch home, to her parents, where she belonged, and hit the hay. Work starts early the next morning and it's just bad form to show up late on your first day.
Oh look... Another meal on the toliet... And with that, we are moving on.
And down the rabbit hole we go to work we go. Imoen picked up a job in the Law Enforcement field.
After work, Imoen called a fellow co-worker: Hal Brekenridge, to meet up at the local pool. However the time spent wasn't long, as to Imoen has "unresolved issues to work out" but he had an awesome time... huh?
A quick shower, since there isn't one at home.
And when she got home, who did we meet? The neighbor, Jon Lessen. Jon also just happens to be Rich.
Believe it or not, they rather like each other and are currently an exclusive item, though their relationship isn't that high. Oh well, we'll see where it takes them.
