The Terani Legacy - Generation 01
So this is my first attempt at a legacy EVER, so please be kind =) I'm open to constructive criticism, as long as it's constructive. This particular writing style is completely different than what I'm used to, so you may or may not notice changes throughout the story; for this I apologize. Be wary! at times my humor can be crude and a little out there. I have an over-abundance of both potty humor and language. You have been warned =P
Meet Miki Terani, the founder of the Terani family. Apparently in Sim 3 world, you lack parents if you start off as a young adult... There is no chicken OR egg; the space-time continuum bends and *POOF!* Insta-Sim. However, I suppose we're not here to find out where Sims come from, we're here to get to know Miki.
Miki is a bit of an over-emotional bookworm and a natural cook. Family means everything to her and there is little she can't do when it comes to a computer. She loves Indie music, the color pink, and has a weakness for fluffy pancakes. In shorter terms: Over-emotional, bookworm, natural cook, family-oriented, & a computer whiz. Aspiration? To be become a renowned author.
There isn't much to start off with; A whole lotta land, and a tiny prison cell-sized box that serves as a home. She looks excited, but the paper girl appears to think Miss Terani is on crack XD But, who cares?! She's like what? 12?! What the hell would she know about bills anyway?...
First thing is first; Go to the library and fill out some job applications. Not gonna get too far without any kind of income. Score!! There's an opening in the journalist field. Stellar!!
Next... Start working those writing skills. Those novels won't write themselves. Besides getting ahead for work never hurt... Plus, it's more productive than sitting on your ass and eating Chubby Hubby ice-cream... Mmmm ice-cream... Food... Maybe we oughta look for a place to grub. There isn't even a refrigerator at home.
Good news! Local barbecue, and best of all free!! Good thing, cuz Miki be a broke bitch. Hey, look! People!! Miki quickly strikes up a conversation with Hunter Cottoneye.
Though the conversation comes to a quick halt after learning that Hunter is unemployed. No job, no dice. Keep on truckin' Hunter, better luck next time.
Such a shame, they were getting along so well too... Oh well, better go find the food, might be all she gets for awhile.
Are you seriously going to eat ALL of that?!
We came, we ate, we conquered... Maybe a little too much...
Best to hit the gym. No need to be lazy; you'll never score a date if you wind up looking like Chunk from The Goonies...
"Do the truffle shuffle!!!"

We now return you to your regular programing, already in progress...
A quick shower...
And home to bed. At least home has a bed... Not much else though...
How you need to take out the trash your second day in a tool-shed sized house is beyond me, but apparently you do.
Off to the library again, where we met Don Lothario.
He's nice and all... but, well... Apparently there seems to be some genetic code in the men of Riverview that has rendered them all sponges of society AKA jobless. Speaking of jobs, don't you think you ought to go to yours?
First day on the job was a bit chaotic, but somehow Miki manage to pull herself through. At the end of the day, she had even accumulated enough simoleans to buy herself a bench AND a book... Spiffy!!
After taking some time to sit down with a good book, Miki felt rejuvenated enough to go walk around town. Besides, there's still no refrigerator and those hunger pains are starting to strike again... It was near the 24 hour diner where she met Billy Caspian.
Lovely... Yet another man in Riverview without a job... Just f-ing splendid. Is there NO decent man in these parts AT ALL?! You'll have to find out next time...
