I disagree - I think Owen is far more likely to impregnant someone. Jack would not be that heartless Owen could be unless Jack didn't intend to sleep with someone and it just happened - I could see that happening.

I can't imagine sending out Time Agents without temporarily "fixing" them first, simply so the Agents don't have to worry about it.
