That's what I mean when I say you're too nice to be a cop. And don't worry about the recruits, that's Sachou's problem.

...You and that damn cat. Viveka is a good name though, I like it. I didn't know you're German.

(ooc: XDDD I bet he talks about his kitten to her like a Dad would brag about his kid.)

Being nice has nothing to do with being a cop, Aya. That is the thing, he shall be buried deep under recruits, I would like to be of help to him. Though he knows this already.

Forgive me, I have no children so... I suppose I talk of her like one? I am not annoying about it am I? If so you can tell me to stop talking.

Mm. It is not noticable when I speak Japanese, but when I speak English I do have a strange accent. More from not speaking my own language for so long. Perhaps I should start speaking a little each day to get back into the habit.

Maybe not, but this is hitting you hard. Harder than you're letting show, I bet.

*laughs* No, I don't mind. It's kinda...cute, in a weird way. You sure you don't have a love child floating 'round somewhere?

Hm...I want to hear it. *grin* First thing tomorrow.

... now is not the time to let grievances overcome us. I knew most of those who died very well... we had worked together for years. Though some were newer than others, they were important and vital teammates. It shall be quiet without them. But we have a job to do, and sadly with so few of us left here, there is not much time to grieve for them.

Cute? Ah... l-love child? Why would you think that? I am not seeing anyone, and the only woman in my life at the moment is Viveka. Though she is more a young lady than a woman.

If I am awake enough to remember my own name, I shall speak it for you then.

Hmph. For once, she is right. Do not dwell or concern about the recruits, leave your worry with me. It is in capable hands, as you had ought to already know.

As you say, Vossler. Though if you need help, do not hesitate to ask.

A man and his kitten. That's a rare picture.

And to call your kitten a young lady (a proper young lady, perhaps?) would be quite flattering, I imagine, if your kitten could understand.

There is another man who is quite fond of his feline. Genesis.

I have no family here, nor do I live with anyone so... there is not much to speak of but her or work. Is it so odd for a man to talk of a pet cat?

Is that so? Well who can say if they really understand us or not?

I'm afraid I'm not familiar with him. A fellow feline lover is always nice to meet, I find.

Not really. I tend to do it too. I'm mostly alone here too.

I like to think they do. My moody feline roommate, Mint, seems to be able to pick up on what I'm saying to her most of the time.

I do not know him in person, but we have spoken over journals. He is very kind if you show interest in cats. I am not particularly fond of any specific animal, I merely happened to find pity on the kitten as she was in a bad place when we took her from her last home. Though I am finding the company of a cat is very favorable.

It is good to have some form of companionship then. Though I find I am working more often than not, so do not worry about being social so much.

*a soft chuckle* They are very human like in some regard. It is amusing to watch.

The name sounds suitable from what you've said she's like.

Do you think so? I was not so sure... but in all honesty, only she and I shall really ever hear the name.

So if people do not like it it is really not such a problem.
