Oh my!

So, my last couple of weeks have been hellish, and as much as I looked forward to them being over, it looks like things aren't going to get all that much better. At least I get to sleep tonight, and I have no more large social comitments to make time for! *le sigh* I'm actually not angsting as hard as this makes it sound. Mostly, I just really want to sleep.
Last weekend was the Luther Lazer Quest Lock-in, where a large group of us from Luther and any Luther guests (among these guests? Nolan! Yay!) were locked into the local laser tag facility, Lazer Quest, from 11:00pm to 6:00am playing lazer tag pretty much non-stop the entire time. It was EPIC. And AWESOME. I felt so badass the whole time. Of course, I had class at 9am the next morning even though it was a Saturday, so I went to that on no sleep and it was totally painful, but it was also totally worth it. SO MUCH FUN, GUYS. I was terrible at it, but still. SO MUCH FUN. The team games were awesome. We should get a big group together to roadtrip and play lazer tag. It will be amazing. Anyways, while I was gone to class, Nolan went out and bought me chocolate and flowers. Thank you! It was so sweet. And now my room smells nice. Unfortunately, the flowers are wilting super fast because these dorms have no natrual lighting. But I took a picture of them with an SLR film camera because I had some extra shots at the end of my roll of film for my film project.
Which brings me to my next item on the agenda! On Monday, my friends Patrick, Shelby, and Krista helped me with a film project. It involved taking a series of photographs with a film SLR camera, getting them developed, and then writing a narrative for them. I have an album for my behind-the-scenes digital photos on facebook, though I'll try to upload those here in the next couple of days, and another album for the film SLR photos. I only used 15 of those for the final project, though, which you can watch here, on my new second YouTube account! I'll still be using cptgigi, but that account will be for personal things (home videos, old school projects like Hamlet Abridged and Romeo and Juliet of Chatterson and Christ, Xeroxia) where as my new channel, CodenameMreeb, will be more public things (made for the general public's entertainment, or my more "professional" - yes, please do note those quotes, since they mean that they won't really be that professional, but I'll do my best - videos).

Edit: Oooh! Also, don't forget about Earth Hour tonight! Shelby and I are walking to Patrick's to play board games by candlelight in order to celebrate in an enviromentally friendly way. How 'bout you?
