yup, it was as bad as i was thinking at work, one of the aids put super glue in the residents eye while attempting to administer her am eye drops. there is simply no excusable explaniation for this if using the r's of medication, along with a morsal of common sense.
my boss is understandably having kittens, and handling the situation totally wrong.
