Jack left Ianto and John Hart at the hospital and went to the party to find Owen.  He was very touched seeing so many people there for him...and in costume!  New York Jack gives him a gift before he leaves to return to the Hospital with Dr. Harper:  A NEW WEBLEY!!!!
