Level up!
I got a promotion and a raise last Friday. I knew it was in the works but the size of the raise was rather surprising. The best part was reading the justification memo my boss wrote detailing the reasons why I deserved the promotion. It's nice to know that my hard work has been noticed.
I'm not sure about the long-term prospects of my company but at least I can show professional progress on my resume and I have learned a tremendous amount in the process.
