since this is the single largest change/update/what-have-you I've ever made to my rather small, cozy f-list, I figured it was probably time to introduce myself, hey!

so I've been meaning to head over here for a while (mostly because mei mentions you a lot amidst fangirling sj) and finally got around to it today. I've actually been popping onto your journal semi-frequently for a while (most recently for that gorgeous SSII post - thank you for that, btw ♥), and I figured I should just ask if you're open for adding. :3
I actually had a lot of random (and sometimes offhand) comments while reading through this, but now that I'm in the process of commenting, I find that I've somehow forgotten most of what I was going to comment on. >: but ! at teaching in korea; I think if I had a chance in the future, I'd love to join a program like epik and teach english there for a year or something.
self intro-wise: I'm liz, in my fourth year at UBC in Vancouver and majoring in biology and computer science. I was born in shanghai, moved to tokyo for bit, then moved again to vancouver - all when I was fairly young, and so my grasp on chinese and japanese isn't as great as I would like, but I'm working on it. when I graduate, I want to go to tokyo for a bit and take a look at what kind of options they have there. I love heechul and sihan and kihae and qmi (... pretty much all members in those pairings, tbh, orz), and mei has only fueled my original donghae bias. :'D I also follow dbsk as much as I do sj, with a side of shinee, snsd, etc. I love writing and can't always do it to my satisfaction, but I can't imagine going through life without it.
... and maybe I should stop talking now, since this comment has gotten quite a bit longer than I'd originally anticipated. :3 blabbing a lot, sorry. :'D

I love Vancouver, it's such a beautiful city. I kind of entertain notions of living there someday, every now and then.
(sorry this is a bit brief--I'm at work typing this while my kids take a quick test xD)
