vegans

Today i had a vegan pumpkin pie, no milk or eggs!! I didn't like it. But you know, it must be very hard being a vegan. How do you get all your nutrients? It can't be healthy for you. We were all made to eat MEAT along with veggies. But to cut out such a huge portion of a normal diet...aren't you lacking some major things? I'm not a fan of dietary supplements. I don't think people should synthetically create vitamins, etc because that's not how your body wants to take it in, and that's why your body doesn't absorb it as well. It's not like our bodies absorb 100% of the nutrients we get in food anyway. I just don't get how they can be healthy and not have to take a million supplements. Is it possible??
