busy busy busy
Life is great, but these days it always seems to be! Lately I've been REALLY busy. Good news! Last week I got hired at the dental office to be a dental assistant - yay! So I'm not a "volunteer" anymmore, I get paid! Don't tell Brian though (tho I doubt any of you talk to him anyway, even i rarely talk to him now). It's kind of a weird situation cause Brian started volunteering there at least a month before me, but then they hired me after i was only there maybe 1 1/2 months. But he never goes and i go a lot so i think I earned it. I LOVE going to the dental office and i've learned so much. The dentist said I'm the best assistant which makes me happy. Anyway, so last week I went Monday 3 hrs, Tuesday 6 hours, Wednesday 4 hours..on top of school, it gets tiring! But I like keeping busy. It's hard though cause it pretty much takes away any time I could have for going to the gym, since I like going to the gym at the end of my day (sorry Holly!).
In other news, still working at my parent's restaurant. My parents are in Portland today to pick up the Rolex watches they bought last weekend...i know.....WHY!!!! But it's their money and they deserve the luxury. I went to Nordstrom's anniversary sale on Friday at Bellevue. I was really hoping to find an ivory peacoat but no luck. Instead I got a red one from BP (60!), some black and brown leggings, a hat, Guess boots (150, i might return them though cause Amitha says that's a lot..but they retail for 225 so i feel like i got a deal!), BP black pumps (40) which i LOVE cause they're pointy toed but it's not a really long point so it doesn't look ridiculous on me. I might get a couple more pairs. I hope to go to Alderwood today. There was a royal purple satin trapeze minidress in their catalogue that I didnt see at Bellevue, so I hope they have it there. Trapeze dresses are so cute! Oh ya, still no luck on a handbag. The closest I found was a MAXX satchel but it was SUEDE which does not work.
I am dreading the rest of this quarter, tests, quizzes, tests until the very end! But at least it will be over in about a month. And then? JOSH GROBAN CONCERT!!! omg so excited! But then....JURY DUTY =(((((((((
