Appaloosa. Starring Viggo Mortenson, Renee Zellweiger, Jeremy Irons, and Ed Harris. NOT the best Western around. When a female role is introduced part way into the film and is to be a love interest for one of the cowboys... bad western follows. I was not amused.
Yesterday I cleaned our apartment like there was no tomorrow. We now have a cute little stand with a cute little potted plant in the front entry, looking warm and inviting. Our clutter has been either taken to Good Will or chucked into the dumpster for the kids who like to dumpster dive. I vacuumed every vacuumable area and swept every sweepable area. Spot helped me make the bed (ie, she ran around under the sheets, batting at my hands whenever I tried to smooth a wrinkle)and we took care of our "pot" problem. For the past two weeks, everyday at 7PM and continually on weekends, there is the most horrendous smell of pot that leaks into our apartment from the master bath heater. So we've had to keep that room pretty much closed off. Yesterday, Kevin and I saran-wrapped the outside of the heater and created an air-tight seal. We have thus far been pot free. But we shall soon see. Seven o'clock approaches....
