Nearly everybody I know has had a bad day today! I blame shifting barometric pressures.

But seriously, the HELL? Why would they even have a gimmy horse at an important show? To make somebody look bad on purpose?

What a crapshoot. Emphasis on the crap.

I love your icon! Made me laugh. And thanks, yeah, it was crappy. That horse TOTALLY did not belong at this show, but then, a LOT of things were totally screwed up. There was so much hostility toward Fresno State it wasn't even funny. (One girl from another school clapped for one of our riders who got first and was reprimanded by her teammates. When she asked if that wasn't bad sportsmanship not to applaud, they replied, "Yes, but we don't like them, so we don't clap for their riders." And that was MINOR.)

So, yeah, the show as a whole really sucked, and my ride (on what I later found out was a pregnant rescue horse--augh) was just a drop in the bucket.

I'm going to have to remember that about the barometric pressures. That is even a better excuse than PMS.

I'm glad you liked my icon - it cracked me up too when I first saw it.

Another good excuse is changing phases of the moon - because it pulls on the water in your body as well as on the tides. (Not a whole lot, mind you, but enough so it's an excuse!)
