(no subject)
Things have been changing a lot lately.
Orientation for college was AMAZING! I really can't wait to go. It's going to be so much fun. but other things have happened in these past two weeks, that aren't too great.
My grandmother died three thursdays ago, on the 28th, and well, we all knew it was coming, but it still hit hard. especially my mother. It came in waves for her, and shes still dealing with it. I was composed, and I was beginning to feel like I had a heart of stone because I didn't really have any emotion, but then I had to sing the Ave Maria at the funeral... and figures.. I break down. I don't know why either. I would just like to forget those few days.
Its so strange in the house now, I walk past the room where her bed was, and still expect to see it. It will take some getting used to.
But, on a lighter note, rehearsals for Beauty are going smoothly, its hard to believe that the show goes up in less than a month.. Kind of scary actually, we're not off book yet. hahaha.. but yes, it will be fun. I think I've finally got the brittish accent down. Which is good.
Work has been good, Today is my only day off until next saturday, but whatever.. the only thing that sucks is that Phantom stepped on me the other day. So now I have a hoof print shaped bruise right above my knee, and its turning a blackish color.. and my knee is three times the size. Good times! I'm getting that looked at today.
Uhm.. Summer has been great so far.. I guess.
