Sleep exhaustion spending
I could not sleep last night so I went to work exhausted. I really felt like I was going to fall asleep at some points in the first half of my day, if I didn't get an error I'd be amazed. (My work lead is on vacation, YAY, so no error worries for the week. =p) Well, I'll still get them, I just won't know about 'em.
My mom needed a transfusion so my dad had my sister pick me up from work. I always get a burst of energy when my day is over (wonder why). After a quick lunch at Togo's we ended up going to Poo-Bah Records which, I didn't realize, is about less then 3min driving distance from my work! lol We went in and I bought the new BK 5 I'd been wanting plus I dug around and found other albums. :) I took the pics with my phone, its just so much easier.

New Edition, the back of the album is HILARIOUS. lol
After Poo-Bah Mercy went next store to Guitar Center and bought something Beezy needed. We then used her GPS on her iphone to see where American Apparel was, it was a straight shot down Colorado 2.8 miles away. I felt like going, even though I was exhausted. Mercy also wanted to look for the Apple store because she needed some adapter for her iphone.
It turned out that both stores were a little past Paseo Colorado. We were a bit miffed because if we had realized we were so close we would've had lunch at PF Changs. As luck would have it it also turned out that the American Apparel and Apple were right NEXT to each other! lol
We went to Apple first after bypassing the college age students "preaching" to people about the zombie apocalypse (seriously!). Mercy found her adapter right away. We used the restroom then she bought it and we left. I went to AA to see the zebra print stuff in person. At first I was bummed cause they didn't have the tube top I wanted but then I found it! Weee. (I still dunno why I'm going through this showgirl phase, lol.)

I made my purchase then we went to H&M where Mercy bought a cute outfit for tonight. After that I was nearly delirious so we came home. A little while after we got here the doorbell rang and it was the mailman with my Adidas!! Yay! Talk about fast shipping I ordered them Monday night! lol They're soooo cute.
I talked to Blaise for a bit then fell asleep. I woke up and ate some Chris n Pitt's leftovers then talked to Blaise til he had to go to bed.
Tomorrow Mikey is having his surgery to give him another cochlear implant. They're going to do one on the other side of his head, he'll be able to hear a lot more balanced and probably be able to take in a lot more sound. He's already doing amazing with 1. It's actually not the norm for people to get two but his therapists and doctors really felt that he'd benefit greatly from it. When I come home from work, and after I wake up tomorrow we'll probably go visit him. He's having his surgery done the same place Mercy had her heart surgery done some 20 odd years ago. St. Vincents. His surgery is at 7 tomorrow morning. *crosses fingers*

This is totally random but the other night Mercy was in here and we were messing with Pinchy. I wrapped him up in my scarf and Mercy said he looked like he was from the bible. =x lol I put the beard on and his look was complete. Now all he needs is a staff. =p
