For one of the first times in my life I'm taking challenging classes and enjoying them. I got most of my Freshman-Sophomore bologna out of the way and I am absolutely loving the upper level courses. I have also quickly realized there's a downside. Work ... lot's of work. Don't get me wrong, it's not the work I dislike, it's the exhaustion after the work.

Environmental Law
Wetlands Environments
Environmental Politics and Policy
Biology - Cellular Processes + Lab
Macroeconomics

and Marching Band of course.

I feel like I can actually use this information and do something with it so I try to soak it all in as opposed to my usual technique of reasoning everything out and coming to my own conclusions about science and the world. However vain, I actually feel like I'm not wasting my time this semester at all and it's a wonderful feeling.
