Stalled progress....
I'm in the home stretch on my quilted petticoat, and I only need to pleat this thing to waist ties. Except that I'm now completely unsure what kind of pleats to use.
I've already thumbed through a few books, and had initially settled on cartridge pleats. Be they wrong or right, they are easier for my brain to process than trying to figure out knife pleats, and seem less bulky to sew. Except I'm really not liking how this thing looks when I last checked the fit. It's just....icky poofy.
Anyone willing to share tips or hints will be greatly appreciated!
