I'm writing a story for Halloween and I am stumped. How can someone (a young teenage boy) die in a parking lot in broad daylight in ways that do not involve either a car, a gun, or a knife? Please, LJ, give me your awesome and plausible ways to die for I am not morbidly creative enough to be writing this story!

I hate it when I write a scene I really like and I figure out I can't use it because the story works better going in a completely different direction. It was a really good scene. :/

I'm kind of totally baffled when I read people's posts and they can say "I only have about 5k left in this story!" Really? How do you know? I'm baffled.

Okay, quite possibly the coolest thing ever. timeanddate.com has a sunrise/set calculator for tons of areas, the exact time and date (with some other crap I don't understand) from 1988 to 2028.
