Vietnamese New Year's resolution #3:

I will no longer observe the traditional date numbering system. From now on I will refer to this year as the year 20 A.K.G, or After Krush Groove. Anything before 1986 will now be notated as B.K.G. How are you handling the year of K.G. ? Do you count 1 B.K.G., K.G. then 1 A.K.G. ? And what day are we to celebrate the birth of K.G.?

Will there be any other holidays to celebrate Krush Groove? Was there a second coming of Krush Groove? Did they ever rise from the dead?

Would you consider it polytheistic or mono theistic?

I need more.

The year of Krush Groove is year zero. Krush Groove has indeed risen from the dead and is available on DVD.

You might also remember year zero as the year you and I became friends and your name was changed to Goon.

I remember that!!

I was heartbroken for a month, I didn't understand why everyone kept calling me a goon. It wasn't until later that I found out you were calling me Goon.

It appears I've made a dreadful mistake. According to IMDB, Krush Groove is from 1985. I guess it took a little while to get to Michigan.

This may seem really lame, but I've never seen Krush Groove. I think I was too busy listening to "Thriller" and watching grainy copies of The Empire Strikes Back.
