Try not to disturb the eels
I've noticed that in Europe, the little guy who tells you when you can cross the street is green, the universal color for "go". In America he's white. I take this to mean that only the white man is allowed to cross the street. I think I'm going to write to my congress-people and ask to have this situation dealt with at great taxpayer expense. Either that or I'll just start stridently jaywalking as a protest against the racist traffic light system we have in this country. Oh wait, they're already doing that on 6th Street in SF.
Aimee Mann - The Forgotten Arm
Not bad, but it sounds very familiar, and not just stylistically. The songs all sound like other previous Aimee Mann songs. I haven't paid enough attention yet to figure out the story. I think it's about people who meet at a carnival, drink a lot of Dr., eat at Taco Jane's and then tragically kill each other. I could be wrong.

Mild thumbs down, mainly due to the horrific Zaphod portrayal. If not for him I'd give it a mild thumbs up. I think goldenmoonbear said it best when she said they should have kept Tim as Arthur Dent, got David Brent to play Zaphod, had Dawn as Trillian, Gareth as Ford and Keith as the robot. Now that would have been a great movie. Also, I question the effectiveness having it set in 2004, when hand held electronic devices that tell you everything you need to know are not really that amazing or hard to find.
