I have bad news for the Republican party: you failed the fundamental test of politics, which is to be given reign. And for once, the American people paid attention long enough to notice.
Unless the Democratic party is equally stupid, and really does choose to nominate a three-legged yellow dog for some obscure district in upstate Maine, there will be both a Democratic Congress and a Democratic President sworn in next year.
Suck it up and move on, Republicans. They will probably fuck up just as badly and you can have your jobs back in six to eight years.
