It's not just hard times, really. When people are confused and don't know what to do, or they just need someone to talk to. It can be everyday situations.

Well. I'd...tell him that he probably needs clinical help, rather than just a guidance counselor, and that he should probably seek help with a psychiatrist.

Well. There's...I'm not technically supposed to diagnose. And there are some forms of insanity that are genetic or trauma-related and I'm really not that kind of therapist. I can try my best to help, though.
