Well, um. [A pause. She's rehearsed this, but it's still hard to say.] I know that here, in Luceti, there's a lot of things that are just like home. For most of us, I mean. We have a school, and we have doctors, and there's a welcoming center, not to mention ...clean...food and water. I was thinking, though, and there's something I'm not sure that we do have. And I was wondering that maybe...I could help.
Where I come from, I'm a high school guidance counselor. And though having doctors and healers is a very, very good thing, sometimes it helps to have a completely unbiased person there to listen to you and to help you through hard times, like if you can't talk about something with your friends. And...if people were interested, I was thinking that maybe I could help with that, like I said. So, um. Let me know what you think. I can do more than career guidance, so...oh, and in case you don't know me, my name is Emma Pillsbury.
[And following her little announcement? She feels a bit alive, so even if her idea is met with overwhelming criticism, she'll be taking a walk. Of course, even in this heat wave, she's still got to watch out for those germs. So she's not going to stray very far from those paths, and ultimately?
