Maybe a room-mate is a good idea. [RP for dawn_thekey

Willow thought it would be different, somehow. The coming back, coming home, all that. Xander was right down the hall if she needed anything; she knew that, but she felt weird bothering him now. Oh, and there was everybody else, with promised invitations to hang out that were left forgotten. She found herself spending entirely too much time in the confines of her apartment - the walls were beginning to close in, but she didn't have much of a reason to go out. Well, she had reasons, but she was feeling more okay where the walls were closing in as opposed to outside where it's hard to judge where walls begin and end.

But, she wasn't the only one feeling so weird about everything. That was a comfort, somehow. Dawn seemed sad and lonely, and that didn't feel right at all. There was an empty room in her apartment, one that she had planned to put all of her magick things in. But, the few times she used the magicks lately, she did so in her bedroom because that was the common practice for so long now that it just felt right. The room stayed empty, and moving little Dawnie in seemed like a good idea. Maybe it would be good for both of them. Dawnie would be closer to her school and definitely safer living with a resident Wicca - well, somewhat safer. And, having someone else there - something good and sweet and normal from her old life - might be enough to make her get out and find whatever destiny had in store for her next. Yeah, this was a good idea. It had to be.

The doorbell rang as Willow was just standing in the empty room, contemplating everything. Funny, a world where Dawnie had to ring the doorbell. That seemed so strange and funny to Willow. She shrugged and walked to the door, taking in a breath to quell the weird jitter of nerves. She opened the door, amazed at all the boxes Dawn had managed to bring with her. "Hey, kiddo. The room is all ready for you. And, by ready, I mean empty, which is pretty much how it has been, but, still," she said, then hugged her. "I've missed you, kiddo."
