Veronica
1. what Sherlock will be able to tell about this character and their recent activities
Hmm... She's in her senior year of high school, from southern California (near the Mexican border). There might be slight traces of ink on her hands from printing stuff out for her dad, and she has a tendency to flinch the slightest bit when faced with a guy paying too much attention to her, a vestige of her rape a year ago.
2. what they make effort to conceal (if anything) and whether or not you wish that attempt to be successful
She can be underhanded at times and might be a little too quick with some sentences and a little too slow with some reactions. Her dad would catch it, so I imagine Sherlock would, too. She would respect him more if he didn't advertise it, though. I'm not sure if that would matter to him. Otherwise, sure, he can expose her. And have yet another enemy.

Personality, check!

Richard Castle
1. what Sherlock will be able to tell about this character and their recent activities
Castle's a writer and always has a notepad and pen at the ready. He prefers to write longhand before going to the computer unless he's really inspired, so there will be signs of wear on his elbows and sleeves from taking notes and writing. His dialect is faintly - very faintly - New York.
2. what they make effort to conceal (if anything) and whether or not you wish that attempt to be successful
Castle doesn't hide much. And he can't hide his ego at all. The only thing he hides is the depth of his affection for Beckett, and he has only just realized he loves her. So that's something he rather didn't get out.

here!

Elle Bishop
1. what Sherlock will be able to tell about this character and their recent activities
She's been in a coffin, dead, with no family or friends and possibly no name on her tombstone. Her dress is the cheapest one available at the morgue so that corpses can have some degree of dignity before they're put in the ground. It's almost more like a funeral shroud than a real dress.
2. what they make effort to conceal (if anything) and whether or not you wish that attempt to be successful
Elle is busy hoping no one finds out the extent to which her dad experimented on her. She doesn't know yet herself. She'll also try to hide how much her mind has been affected, but Sherlock shouldn't have much difficulty in deducing that her emotions are lessened or completely abnormal in some situations, and since Elle can't remember much of her earlier life, he'll likely think that she's stupid. Which isn't necessarily wrong.
