Standing up and dusting off my backside...

This is it; I went to the US embassy here in Montreal to ask about getting my name changed and have my birth certificate amended, the woman said it was best to start at birth and then work my way forward from my US papers to my Canadian ones, and that by next year being American I’d need an American passport to travel in the US. I was told to contact the state of Ohio and put the request to them, I’m going to write the letter and this weekend my father and I will look it over. I had my social security # checked out and it was clear, unlike my sister who discovered there was someone using hers.

I’m getting a copy of the bill from my top operation from the doctor and as soon as they get here the papers are going to the accountant to be filed for the refund I never got, which will pay off my debt to my mother in full or maybe I’ll still leave some amount to pay, but the bulk will be gone and I can give her a lump sum for the rest.

I had my family’s named, in Pictish lettering, tattooed into the right wrist cuff tattoo I have and this may very well be the last one for a few years, so I can save up for a down payment on the condo I’m looking into getting (yeah the very condo I said I had, but haven’t paid for yet or signed any papers of ownership for ;P).

I’ve got an appointment to see a doctor in September, so I may have my internal plumbing removed by December (crosses fingers) and I hope these painful pain spasms I’ve been having for over a year, that keep getting worse, will go with it. And I’ll be a couple pounds lighter on the scales too!

I’m also going to get off my @$$ and see about having some of my short children’s stories published. My Native legend story was read by a coworker and the next day she ran up to me and hugged me saying she loved it, it was an encouraging moment. I can’t wait for things to happen to me I have to get some done myself.

By next year with a new name or not I’m applying around for a new job, have saved for my condo and get back to my writing. Yeah me!
