What an amazing match. Heartbreaking, but amazing. I can't imagine having to watch that one on television. The energy in the stands was just incredible, and the play was, too. We had it, had it in our hands...and that last goal was unbelievable. We knew going in, of course, that we'd need better than a draw to advance, and we didn't get it. But what a great match to be at, regardless of the outcome. Thank you, Sam. Spending time with my father was wonderful, too. He can't wait to come to Chicago when Gracija is born.
Good to be home, though. I can't believe...less than 30 days until she's due. My little girl will be here in less than a month. I think Sam will wear out her sheets before she's even here by washing them so much, making everything perfect for her. It's been a long time coming...
